Step 1: Gather the tenants meter number from the ‘Account Lookup’ tab
Step 2: Go to the ‘Settings’ tab
Step 3: Click the second icon ‘Users’
Step 4: Click ‘Add User’
Step 5: For Select Role, choose ‘Consumer User’ for tenants
Step 6: Fill in the appropriate information for the tenant. Keep the ‘Single’ button selected for an individual tenet user.
The tenant will receive an email from WaterScope with their username and password to log into the system. They will only have access to their own water data.
