How To Set up Admin Users in WaterScope

1. Step 1: In Waterscope, click on the Settings Icon 

  

2. Step 2: Click the second icon ‘Users’ 

  

3. Step 3: Click ‘Add User’ 

  

4. Step 4: Choose ‘Utility Admin’ 

 

5. Step 5: Enter their email address and check the box for ‘Email as User name’ 

 

6. Step 6: Then enter the name and address of the user and hit Apply.  

 

7. Step 7: Keep these two boxes unchecked. 

 

Once they are set up, they will need to activate notifications: 

1. Step 1: In WaterScope, click on the Settings Icon 

 

2. Step 2: Click ‘Condition Management’ 

 

3. Step 3: Select the blue ‘Notify’ Box off to the right under ‘Disable’ 

 

4. Step 4: Add the email address of the users to receive the specified notification. Select either an already registered user in the top box or add an unregistered user in the bottom box.
